When you listen to a dose, are you supposed to focus on the white noise or the beeping tones? (Couldn't think of anything else to call them sorry)

try to concentrate on both jus concentrate on the whole sound in general

Just focus on the sounds...
Block those thoughts about sex, and keep focussing on the sound.
I know it is difficult but you can do it!!

It seems I can usually only focus on one, and the other just kind of leaves my mind.
