Like, can i only listen to different ones with reset? How long do i have to wait until i listen to it again?

Use reset between doses. You can listen to another as soon as reset is done. Reset clears your brainwaves for another dose.

so i can't listen to other ones without reset? Cause i just bought 5 of them which don't include reset.

Edit: When do i know when my mind resets it itself?
