how many times do i have to use this?

times enough until the due effect is created. you grow hair
sorry by the rude answer but it is just the way it is, but i guess listening it once every day (before going to sleep per example) should be a good habit if you want to test out the dose, if in a month or two (30 60 times) nothing happening, i would leave it...

I wouldn't bother with that dose, it seems pretty ridiculous to me. i-Doser has made some pretty epically awesome doses in its time, but this particular one seems like baloney to me. (I wouldn't actually know, I'm only 16, but still--has anyone in the world actually had success with this one?) I could be wrong...

I'm guessing it was built to release growth hormones to grow hair.

It's not for growing hair it's to get rid of gray hair.
