How long after the sounds stopped playing would the effects of an Opium or Marijuana dose last? Alcohol?

Try it out yourself. I found the Opium QuickHit to last a lot shorter (10/20 minutes total for the QH duration) than the regular Opium dose, so I guess you get what you wait for. The regular Opium dose was also a little more intense than the QH one.

idk. I'm having less success with full doses than QHs. Maybe because im more used to quickhits.
I've done Vico and Trip, so far none have come close to the QH.

But like I've said before: Ive had marijuanaQH doses last up to 45 minutes after.
