So does adding an mp3 while your dosing help? I have a really hard time concentrating on the dose/emptying my mind...so if I add a song in the background, does it tend to help?

It helps for me because I get really impatient and bored quickly.. Backround music helps me to concentrate on the sounds. But for some people it can be distracting so it really depends on who you are.
